In 2010, we added Marty Larsen on drums. Marty brought a more technical and metallic style that moved our jams and writing in a different direction. This track showcases some of our inner workings during that time. "Republick", an idea previously created in a jam with Brandon, was finalized into a song during this time period. Near the end of 2011, downgrade went on hiatus and wouldn't regroup until 2014.
